Meet the team

Ryan Adams, B.Sc., CPA, C.A.

Ryan obtained his B.Sc. from the University of Alberta, followed by his Chartered Accountant designation shortly thereafter. His time at PricewaterhouseCoopers eventually led him to private industry. Ryan’s passion to build companies and work with entrepreneurs has been the primary driver for his career - resulting in the creation of the private services firm Refine Financial Inc.

Through Refine, Ryan focused on providing business owners the solutions they need to build their business, financing, management, mergers and acquisitions in private and public markets, and navigate the challenges that come from growth or downturns. Ryan currently acts as an Angel Capital investor in unique opportunities and participates in business acquisitions with dedicated investment partners. Ryan also partners with various charities, focused on helping those in need.

Ryan Fisher, CPA, MBA

Prior to founding AHC, Ryan was the CFO of various consumer products companies where he oversaw all of the financial and operational needs for the US entities of large multinational organizations. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, has his CPA, and has worked in England, India, Canada, and the United States.

Ryan was a varsity football player in University, has his MBA from Columbia Business School, and is an avid cyclist (who is doing the Leadville 100 this year). He currently lives with his wife in Los Angeles.
